8. Powered Truck/Forklift Safety - Employees operate powered forklifts or material handling equipment.
9. Bloodborne Pathogens- Employees can "reasonably anticipate" contact with bodily fluids in performing duties.
10. Confined Spaces - Employees enter confined spaces.
11. Contractor Safety - Contractors work onsite.
12. Welding Safety - Employees weld.
13. Compressed Gas Safety - Compressed gas cylinders are present.
14. Emergency Action - REQUIRED all facilities > 10 employees.
15. Fire Prevention - REQUIRED all facilities > 10 employees.
